Michel first started his career in the North of France as commercial to evolve towards managerial functions in the building trade. It is when he sold equipments forenergy savings (heat pump, solar water heater, wood stove, photovoltaic) that the idea emerged to put at the disposal of the private individuals its listening skills, council and building trade expertise.
